What is the difference between the Certificate IV and Diploma of Christian Leadership?

Our Cert IV program trains you in the fundamental doctrines of the Christian faith as well as time management, peak performance coaching and financial management. The first year of studying with Inspire College will deepen your theological foundations as well as give you plenty of practical opportunities to put into practice what you are learning.

Our Diploma program is designed to train you how to handle greater leadership responsibility. There is nothing quite like leadership in a church setting. And leaders who excel in church leadership can transfer those skills to virtually any industry. Not only will you be trained in timeless leadership principles, but our training is updated each year to ensure that you are prepared for how to handle conversations involving contemporary issues. You will also be given opportunity to be involved in key decision making in the life of your church or department, making our diploma course much more than just a training program. Your decisions will effect people in your church.
