Building upon the skills learned in the first year with Inspire College, our Diploma program gives students more specialised training and opportunity within the life of the church.
Diploma students can expect to work alongside department heads and be involved in key decision making. Our diploma program has been designed to be completed alongside full time work or studies. Classes are delivered one night a week with 1 day intensives that are spread throughout the year.
Graduates have communicated that the Diploma experience is vastly different to their first year studies, taking their leadership and management skills to a whole new level.
A number of Diploma students communicated that they were given supervisory roles in their work - over employees who had been at the job longer. How? By simply applying what they had been learning at Inspire College.
