The Bible speaks of both motivational gifts and ministry gifts. But what do they mean? 

Using the Five Voices framework (developed by Jeremie Kubicek and Steve Cockram), we explore what is necessary to take an ordinary team and make it dynamic. 

Although applied in a ministry setting, the tools in this topic are directly transferable to any team environment.
